Have H(art) will Travel

While strolling down Canyon Road in Santa Fe recently, I came across a most unique young artist, Eighteen-year-old, Ricky Elizondo, truly had the most unique lemonade stand I have ever seen. Hawking his hand sculpted turquoise carvings and jewelry, he was serving up lemonade and art on one of the most highly regarded art meccas in the world.

I commented that he was lucky he had the talent to earn his way through college in this clever manner, rather than working in a restaurant. He replied back, "wish I could work in a restaurant, there aren't any jobs right now."

Well kid, we all have our own path....

Canyon Road. It MUST be tough there right now. I remember, when I lived in Santa Fe, the old joke: How do you make a million dollars in Santa Fe? Bring two million.
Good ole Fanta Se (as some locals call it).
Good Luck! I wish you all the best!
